Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using StyleHive TZ. These terms govern your use of our website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StyleHive TZ ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of your order are final for that transaction.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation with an order number. We accept M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money, HaloPesa, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment must be completed before order processing begins.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Dar es Salaam and selected areas of Tanzania. Delivery times are estimated at 24–48 hours from order confirmation. StyleHive TZ is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including images, logos, text, and design — is the property of StyleHive TZ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

StyleHive TZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dar es Salaam.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
