Return the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Arrange a drop-off or we can arrange a pickup (charges may apply).
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange is processed within 3–5 business days.
Eligible for Return
- Item is unused and unwashed
- Item is in original packaging with all tags attached
- Return is requested within 7 days of delivery
- Item is in its original condition (no damage, stains, or alterations)
Not Eligible
- Items purchased on final sale or heavily discounted
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund is issued to your original payment method (M-Pesa, Tigo, Airtel, or card). Mobile money refunds may take 1 additional business day to reflect.
